What Do You Need to Join?
To join as a Freight Forwarder, you’ll need to be digitally compliant. Here’s a quick checklist:
- Owner/Directors ID (Driving Licence or passport)
- Goods In Transit Insurance / Freight Liability – Why do I need this?
- 1 x Proof of business trading address (within 3 months – we cannot accept driving license or Invoices)
- Company registration certificate / Vat certificate (If applicable)
- Specialist Services Certificate(s) – if applicable
What to Know About Joining?
To complete your freight forwarder membership, you’ll need to submit the following for payment set up for all Named Directors, Shareholders, UBO’s:
- Proof of identity (UK/EU driver’s licence)
- Proof of address (residential bank statement within the last 3 months)
- Bank account details for receiving payments
- Learn more about payment setup for Sole Traders or Limited companies
